East Kilbride Shopping Centre

East Kilbride is one of the largest shopping centres in Scotland with over 1 Million square feet of lettable retail spaces over a collection of five shopping malls over two levels.

Mosaic have been involved in over 30 projects at the centre ranging from small works to larger demolition and new build schemes. The centre is in the middle of a mall refurbishment programme in addition to various service and car park upgrades. On the tenant side there are many alterations including cut and carving units ranging to providing full shop-fit solutions.
