Cathcart House is a Category ‘B’ listed former Tailoring Institute warehouse, designed by eminent Glasgow Architect, JJ Burnett in 1913. The site presents a wonderful opportunity for re-development.
Our brief is to look at this site as a new residential neighbourhood that will connect with the local areas of Cathcart and Battlefield providing the right blend of both scale and quality green space.
